Shipping Policy

Shipping Policies: No shipping required on Online digital purchases for exchange for digital items. All merchandise created by Art, Designs, Photos, and Images, but not limited to items of any kind must be paid in full prior to delivery. Estimated shipping times Canada: 2-3 weeks United States: 1-3 weeks Europe: 2-4 weeks I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. What is our shipping times? We use an outside lab that usually takes 7-15 days to create our Canvas, Metal Prints, Prints, Posters, Cards, products and then it's shipped through USPS (First Class). May take an additional 7-10 days for products to be shipped and once its created. You will receive your products within 2-3 weeks, unless its outside of the United Stages, which may take additionally up to 2 weeks. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping issues by carriers.

Return Policy

Return Policy: Every effort will be made to ensure that we deliver a quality product and in a size that is defined on the web site. All sizes are proximate We go through a quality control process, and for accuracy of colour. The color you see on your monitor may not be exactly the same as the final gillie, and each monitor may vary in colour adjustments. Monitors may vary in colour adjustments. We gladly accept returns and exchanges. One return per customer, per item purchased order. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items back to us for exchange. We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me within 3 days if you have any problems with your order. The following items can not be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We will not accept returns for custom or personalized orders and digital downloads. Buyer’s are responsible for return shipping costs if the item(s) are not returned in its original package or wrapping Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items purchased back to us for exchange. The cost to you our customer will be no different than your completed exchange of equal or lesser valued purchase minus shipping and handling costs. However, handling our exchanges this way greatly reduces our turn around time and does not ensure the item you are ordering may not be or is in stock at that time Confirm when returning item, for your own protection. Exchanges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is proven defective We recommend taking photos of products ordered including the package(s) and wrappings. Confirmation is required that we will accept items for exchange. Items that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for returns or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packages, if too damaged other arrangements must be make to return with its original packages and wrappings. In order to resolve an issue, we will ask that items be returned for inspection for damage or corruption to help us determine that best course of action (ie) repair, replacement or exchange. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of confirmation to return for repair, replacement or exchange to claim for a full refund. Our return policy during the holiday seasons for purchases are non-refundable, with the exception within 14 days of receipt for an exchange for that purchase.
